At Lastseason.com we want to give you customer satisfaction, so please read our policy for returns and faulty goods.
Lastseason.com are happy to deal with any problems that may occur with your purchase - e.g. wrong size or occasional faults. If in such cases please complete our online returns form within 10 days of purchase.
Any refunds given will be for the price of the item and not for any postage costs. Refunds will only be given when Lastseason.com have received the item in the same condition it was sent – i.e. with all tags, packaging, and labels.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Lastseason.com, for a full refund.
If the item you received is faulty, please fill in our online returns form with your order number, your name and e-mail address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. You will then be instructed on how to return the item/s. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please use our online returns form, with your order number, your name and e-mail address, product details and the reason for return, whether you require a refund or another item. You will then be instructed on how to return the item/s.
If an item was purchased at discount (with a discount code or a voucher), the amount refunded will be adjusted from the original order to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
Note: when trying on items of clothing, ensure that you are not wearing aftershave / perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will not accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any tags and enclosed documentation.
